She is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. At DogsClub, trust is the basis of our relationship with clients: we handle your data with the same care and dedication we give to your pets.

What data we collect and how

Your data is collected when:

• you request a booking on the website (name, e-mail, mobile phone, date and time, and your pet's details: name, species, breed, size, sex, approximate date of birth and notes);
• you send us a message through the contact form (name, e-mail, phone and message);
• you request a Pet Taxi quote (e-mail, pick-up and destination addresses, number and size of animals);
• you use our services at our premises.

What we use your data for

• To process your booking or quote request and confirm the service (pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract).
• To reply to your messages and provide customer support.
• Invoicing for products and services (legal obligation).
• To send news and offers, only if you have given your consent.

We only use data for the purposes stated and keep it only as long as necessary to fulfil them and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Who may receive the data

We do not sell your data. To make the website work we use providers who may process it on our behalf:

• the website's hosting and e-mail service;
• Cloudflare (“Turnstile” anti-bot check on the forms);
• HERE Technologies (address search and Pet Taxi route calculation);
• Google (Google Maps, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads — the last two only with your consent).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.

Your rights

You may, at any time:

• access your personal data;
• request correction or updating of your data;
• request erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it;
• request data portability;
• withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing already carried out.
