Book a bath WhatsApp

Yes, you can wait in our space. However, many animals relax more without their owner — so some owners prefer to drop off and return later. We make a point of keeping in touch during the process.

A simple bath takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on breed, size and coat condition. A full clip can take between 2 and 3 hours. We always let you know when your pet is ready!

Yes! Joana has experience with anxious animals or those less used to grooming. We only ask that you tell us in advance so we can prepare the session with more calm and attention.

It depends on the breed and coat type. In general, we recommend a bath every 3–6 weeks and a clip every 6–8 weeks. For long-haired or fast-growing breeds, it may need to be more frequent.

The Pet Taxi is an additional service with its own cost, calculated by distance. You can request a free quote directly in the Pet Taxi section of our website or via WhatsApp.

We use exclusively the premium Artero range — 100% vegan, not tested on animals. Products are chosen according to each animal's skin and coat type. We have specific shampoos for sensitive skin, light coats, anti-parasite treatment and more.

Yes! We bathe and clip cats with all the care these felines deserve. We recommend booking in advance as cat slots are more limited.
